Mining Permit Projects
In accordance with Article 7 of the Mining Law, for forestry areas for obtaining permits, it is necessary to obtain permissions from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, based on the operating license, in accordance with Article 16 of the Forest Law No. 6831. Our company carefully prepares the projects required for these permits.

The projects required to obtain the permits given to the companies that will operate in the areas considered as forests in accordance with the Article 66 of the "Regulation on Permits to be Granted in the Areas Considered as Forest", according to the 16th-17th-18th and 57th articles of the Forest Law No. It is prepared meticulously and in contact with 28 Regional Directorates of Forestry.

Rehabilitation Projects
Rehabilitation projects are carried out by our company in order to re-arrange the natural structure of the area where mining activities will be disrupted, to establish the natural balance, and to restore the area so that people or other living creatures can safely benefit from the permits to be given in accordance with Article 16 of the Forestry Law No. 6831, rehabilitation operations.

Mining Technical Reports
Annual reports are prepared by our company in order to check that the mining activities and landfill permits are working in accordance with the purpose of permission and the rehabilitation project / landfill project, and that the current year costs are paid.

Energy Transmission and Telephone Line Projects
According to Article 17/3 of the Forest Law No. 6831, in case of public interest and necessity in forest areas; transportation facilities such as road, port back service area, airport, railway, cable car line, tunnel; explosive substance safety area, explosive substance storage to be built underground, defense and security facilities; to energy facilities such as power transmission line, transformer building, power generation plants, measurement and observation stations; communication facilities such as telephone transmission line, communication panel, measurement station, R/L facilities, radio-television transmitter station and antennas, base stations of electronic communication systems, fiber optic cable; water facilities such as water exploration, geothermal spring and natural mineral water exploration, water well, catchment, water transmission line, water tank; to wastewater facilities; oil and gas pipeline; to infrastructure facilities; solid waste transfer station, solid waste disposal and landfill facilities; licensed oil and natural gas exploration, operation and underground natural gas storage facilities; to underground storage facilities; dam; pond; stray animals nursing home; to cemetery facilities; health facilities such as health centers, hospitals; education facilities such as primary, secondary, high school and religious education facilities and a place of worship for practice purposes connected to the religious education facility; Sports facilities such as football fields, indoor sports halls, shooting ranges and related places, buildings and facilities may be allowed. Necessary projects are being prepared by our company to obtain these permits.

Solar Power Plant Projects

Tree Survey Plan
It is obligatory to prepare a tree survey plan by writing the diameter, height and coordinates of the existing trees, as the switchyard of the power plants within the scope of the permissions of Article 17 of the Forestry Law coincides with the forest qualified land. For these power plants, the existing trees and other plant varieties that need to be protected in areas subject to permission and easement, as per the relevant legislation, the applications of the trees to be protected, detailed reporting and drawing studies are carried out by our company.

Special Afforestation Projects
Afforestation to be carried out by real and legal persons for the purpose of establishing forests where primary and non-wood forest products will be produced is called SPECIAL AFORESTING

Special afforestation can be made in order to increase forest existence in Turkey and to develop forest villagers and real and legal persons with income generating species.

With the arrangement made, special afforestation can be made for wood production purposes and non-wood income generating species. If the necessary conditions are met within the framework of the legislation, special afforestation can be made upon application. Applications are made twice a year, in April and September. Afforestation projects are prepared by our expert teams.

Erosion Control Projects
There are great soil losses due to erosion in our country's soils due to both natural reasons and social and economic reasons. The technique of erosion control should be well known, the facilities should be in place and suitable for their purpose, and the work to be applied should be effective and economical. For this reason, effective results can be obtained with expert team work. Erosion control projects are carried out as a result of the work of our effective and expert team.

Forest Resting Area Recreation Area Development Projects
Although there are forest areas in the immediate vicinity of most cities, resting areas in the forest remain insufficient. Existing ones have insufficient capacity and usage possibilities. Inaccuracies in the planning and design of these areas bring along many problems such as inappropriate location selection and the difficulty of transportation due to this, unsuitability for the event. Considering that forested areas, which can offer natural, cultural and visual values and various recreational uses together, provide positive contributions to users in physical and mental terms, the importance of planning and designing these areas without harming them with the least intervention and meeting the wishes of the users becomes evident. And Forest Resting and Recreation Area Development Projects must be prepared meticulously.

C Type Recreational Area Area and Usage Projects
The principles and procedures regarding the separation, registration, establishment and operation of the Forest Recreation Areas are carried out in accordance with the National Parks Regulation issued in accordance with the 25th article of the Forest Law numbered 6831 and the National Parks Law numbered 2873 and published in the official newspaper dated 12.12.1986 and numbered 19309. Accordingly, in-forest resting places; It is divided into three types as A, B and C types.

Type A: These are areas with high visitor potential such as tents, caravans and bungalows, which also provide daily use.

Type B: Areas with high visitor potential and daily use facilities in the immediate vicinity of city centers.

Type C: All kinds of protection, maintenance and repair of "C" type areas that do not meet the criteria of "A" and "B" Type Forest Resting Areas are carried out by the General Directorate of Forestry in accordance with the Ministry's approval dated 13/5/1997.
